New year, new decade!

We can’t always predict or control what life will throw at us or which people will be put in our path. However, by working to meet each experience with openness, bravery, and compassion, we can live more fully, with greater awareness and intention. Setting goals that are more about who we want to be rather than what we specifically want to accomplish allows for more flexibility and continued growth when we encounter the unexpected. Focus your decision-making on who you want to be, and on what supports your values, and the more tangible stuff will follow. This way of being will impact children, loved ones, and anyone else you care for or engage with because we are always modeling and setting examples for those around us. Wishing the best to you and yours as we boldly continue moving forward.
