Finding Calm During Anxious Times


Is it just me or has this week been especially fraught with anxiety? From politics to viruses. Plus, it is still February even though my body and soul are desperately ready for spring. Weeks like these are hard. They take a lot out of us. And it can be very tempting to get completely consumed by constant worries or even feelings of panic. While it can be overwhelming when there is so much chaos that is out of our control, there are some things we can do to try to hold on to a modicum of our sanity. Here are a few tips that I hope will help you breathe a bit easier.
