Focus on Comfort and Love

Pandemics are hard. Social distancing is hard. Remote learning is hard. Everything is hard right now. And everyone is trying to do the best they can to take care of their families and their children and themselves. Just remember when you are in those critical moments, when everyone is frustrated and upset, the most helpful thing you can offer is your love and comfort. Helping to meet your kids’ needs for safety and security is an enduring gift and will help them build resiliency to help them successfully manage adversity now and in the future.
